Mrs. Wendi

Mrs. Wendi is from Mississippi and moved to Kimberling City in May 2012 and began working for the Nixa Schools in August 2012.

While in Mississippi, she taught early childhood and kindergarten for 7 years before moving to ECSE, teaching it for 3 years, then 2 years of Elementary SPED resource grades 3rd-6th. When she started working for Nixa, she taught 2.5 years in high needs special education grades K-4th, 4.5 years in ECSE before moving to being a Process Coordinator for the past 4 years.

Mrs. Wendi enjoys watching SEC football (go Rebels!) and the Kansas City Chiefs. She loves spending time with her family and fur babies, flea marketing, and home remodeling. When she is not doing these things, she volunteers at her church where she teaches on Wednesday nights in the children’s department and teaches a class for youth through adulthood with special needs on Sundays.
